Order process:

  1. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email that your order has been received and is being processed.
  2. Once your order has been received in full, your order will be dispatched and you will receive an email that inform you that the package has been sent, and a copy of your parcel tracking info is also provided.
  3. In the event your order has not been received in a reasonable time frame, please contact us through the website, and we'll help you resolve the problem

International orders:

Not located in South Africa ? No problem - We ship world wide!

 

All international orders will take an estimate 3 - 8 business days excluding additional time required for customs. The delivery time will ultimately depend on your location.

Each shipment also includes standard insurance on the package, should anything happen to it, you are covered.

Transit time to the USA: ± 5 working days

Transit time to Australia: ± 6 working days

Transit time to Europe: ± 5 working days

International customs:

It is the client's responsibility to find out what can and cannot be imported into your country. We therefore do not warrant that any of the products we offer for sale are legal for importation into your country. The responsibility is yours to check with your local Customs department to verify that the products you order can be imported into your country.

If for whatever reason your order is seized by Customs officials, we cannot issue you a refund unless all products in your order are returned to us in their original, saleable condition. We cannot refund any international shipping costs and you may be responsible for any return shipping charges.

Most of our international orders make it through Customs without any problems.

The customer caries the responsibility of any Customs Duties, taxes or VAT that may apply when your order arrives in your country. We will assist you with customs declarations where we can, but ultimately, the tax man has to be kept happy.

COVID-19 Updates

During this challenging time, the well-being of our staff and customers are paramount.

In line with the announcement from our president, Cyril Ramaphosa, we now confirm that South Africa and its citizens will be placed under mandatory lockdown as of Thursday 26 March 2020 at 24h00. We strongly support this decision to assist in reducing the spread of COVID-19 amongst our fellow South Africans.

From now till 16 April our website will go on a pre-order basis. All payments will thus be conducted after this period, and customer service support will still be available.
