We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Only products originally sold by Quattro Archery will be considered for return. Products Purchased through an Authorised Dealer will require you to return the products to the dealer and have the dealer follow the return process.
You will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping/returning the product back to the specified location.
The original item must be received and inspected by Quattro Archery before an exchange can be completed. Product exchanges of purchased products are only allowed for other in stock items. If approved a 15% exchange fee will be charged based on the exchanged product's value.
If there is an additional cost associated with the exchange, an invoice will be sent for the difference before the exchanged goods are shipped. Once the exchange request is approved and any outstanding invoices are paid, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
To start a return, you can connect to us via the Contact US Page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within one day if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the problem.
How to Ship Items back:
All returns must be sent back to Quattro Archery at the cost of the consumer. The customer can use USPS, UPS, or Fedex as carrier options for the return. An address will be provided after approval based on your location to ease the process of returns. Quattro Archery is not responsible for loss of product during freight to the given address. If you choose to send your product through the U.S. Postal Service we recommend attaining Delivery Confirmation or Delivery Signature Required.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return we will notify you within 1-5 business days if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Gift cards and downloadable software products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Products with Custom Engraving from our Library can't be refunded or returned.
